Rani's Kitchen : Making Delicious Indian Chai Rani's Way




Indian Masala Chai ( Tea )

Indian Chai is one of the most famous tea around the globe. It has a unique taste from any other tea and in fact it is known specially as "Indian Chai". Masala Chai is composed of Masala (herbals) which is not only very tasty but also very good for health !

Indian Masala Chai is popular to take during the winter because of the fact the herbals and the heat, helps your body to stay warm and and keep your body from losing to cold. Its also helpful in many health issues. For example : cough, flu, infection, etc....


So lets move on and make this delicious tea ourselves !



Firstly, what you will need,

Ingredients :

  • 1 - 2 cardamom
  • 3 - 4 cloves
  • 1 broken cinemom stick  
  • 1/4 ginger (dry)
  • 4 - 5 black pepper
  • 2 table spoons of black tea
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4-5 table spoons of brown sugar or white sugar
  • 3-4 cups of water







process to make Indian Chai ( Tea ) step by step :


1Crush the cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper and dry ginger in coffee grinder.






2. keep the crushed spices in  a small tea pan and add the water.





3. Now add the milk and sugar and boil it .





4. Then add tea to it. Cover it after and leave it for few minutes.





5. Stir the chai properly and strain into a teapot or directly into a cup.







6. Now your Masala chai is ready. Take a sip and enjoy it. you can take it with any type of cookies and snacks .
